This website outlines my work, experience, and services offered on a project or consultation basis. Any engagement, scope of work, timelines, and fees will be discussed and agreed upon individually before the start of a project. Written communication, proposals, or estimates shared at the time of engagement will form the basis of any agreement.

1. Scope of Services

1.1 Services Provided
I will deliver the services outlined in the agreed proposal, estimate, or written communication. Any changes to the scope during the course of a project will be discussed and mutually agreed upon, including timelines and costs.

1.2 Collaboration
Timely and accurate information from your end is essential for smooth execution. I will proceed assuming all information shared is complete and accurate unless stated otherwise.

1.3 Additional Costs
Any external expenses (such as printing, courier services, or third-party tools) required for a project will be charged separately, if applicable.

1.4 Termination
If a project is terminated after work has commenced, you will be billed for the work completed up to that point.

1.5 Force Majeure
I am not liable for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

2. Payment Terms
 

2.1 Invoicing & Payment
Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless agreed otherwise. Ownership of the work remains with me until full payment has been received.

2.2 Third-Party Services
Project estimates exclude third-party services such as photography, videography, illustration, or sound production unless explicitly mentioned. If such services are required, costs will be communicated in advance.
 

3. Project Scope
 

3.1 Scope Definition
Where applicable, a scope document or written confirmation will outline deliverables and expectations. Any work beyond the agreed scope will be treated as additional and billed separately.
 

4. Content & Intellectual Property
 

4.1 Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate content and inputs related to your business or brand. I am not liable for errors in client-supplied content. Revisions due to such errors may incur additional charges.

4.2 Content Format
All text and visual assets should be shared in commonly used digital formats. Delays or extra work caused by incompatible formats may result in additional costs.

4.3 Rights & Permissions
You confirm that all content, images, and materials provided are owned by you or properly licensed for use. You agree to indemnify me against any claims arising from copyright or permission issues.

4.4 Portfolio Use
Unless agreed otherwise, I reserve the right to showcase completed work in my portfolio for self-promotional purposes.
 

5. Miscellaneous
 

5.1 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.

5.2 Amendments
Any changes to these Terms & Conditions must be agreed upon in writing.
